Our Return & Exchange Policy
1. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you received the goods in damaged condition or not working properly you can freely apply to exchange or return the item to us.
2. Customers can only return their products to our office address as mentioned on bill which customer receives at the time of delivery of products .If still have an issue Please contact us.
3. Returns must be received in its original condition and packaging: unused. Items returned with obvious use or product stains will be subject to refusal.
4. Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.

How to return the item?
If you want to return the item to us, you need to follow the steps below.
Please apply return/exchange by sending us a mail at info@velocitycustomz.com the mail should include the pictures of products and bill of the product that you want to return/exchange .
Our Customer Service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
Once we have received the returned item(s), our Customer Service will apply the refund in 7-10 working days or exchange the item within 2 working days.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
